Here are the start times for tomorrow’s Indoor Triathlon Race #2, note the OPEN spots are all the remain, 5 racers can still sign-up! This is a Duathlon at The Alaska Club West. Racers can either do the Du50 or Du25.
Du50 = 10minute run, 30minute bike, 10minute run
Du25 = 5minute run, 15minute bike, 5minute run
