Spring Triathlon Training is still open!

Coach Heather has made a wonderful 10week triathlon training plan, perfect for a Spring triathlon! This 10wk session offers athletes 2 zoom sessions (1 is recorded, already happened), plus a one-on-one 15min pre-race session with athletes the week of May 19th either via Zoom or in-person at the Gold Nugget Triathlon bike drop-off on Saturday 1-5pm.
